Steps to Convert OFT File to PST Format

Step-1

Install and run the Cigati OFT File Converter on your PC.

Step-2

Select either the Single File or Multiple Files/Folders option, then click the Browse button to add a file from your system.

Step-3

Select the OFT file from your system and click the Open button to add it.

Step-4

Select the folders you wish to convert, then click Next to proceed.

Step-5

Select the PST format from the Output drop-down menu.

Step-6

In this wizard, you can also select the desired options:

• Save in the Same Folder: This option allows you to save the resultant file in the same source folder.
• Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachment Files: This feature enables you to convert or migrate OFT files without including their attachments.

Step-7

Tick the Split Resultant PST option to divide the resultant PST file into smaller, more manageable PST files.

Step-8

Additionally, you can use the following features to optimize the conversion process:

• Mail Filter: Define a specific date range to select particular OFT files for conversion.
• Custom Folder Name: Specify a custom name for the resultant folder.

Step-9

If you do not select the Save in the Same Folder option, you can set the save location by clicking the Path to Save button.

Step-10

Click the Convert button to begin the conversion process.
