Stepwise Guide to Migrate PST file into Office 365 Shared Mailbox
Download and install the Cigati PST to Office 365 Migration Tool on your machine.
Click on the Restore button to start the importing process.
Next, click on the Continue button to go further.
Now, tick the OST/PST option for the file you want to import.
Select a Single File or Folder to choose the file according to your needs.
Select a PST/OST file using the Select File button, then click Open to add the PST/OST files.
After selecting the PST/OST file, click the Next button.
You can preview the PST/OST file details on the table, then click the Next button.
Enter the Email ID of your O365 and click the Sign in button.
Ensure your Office ID is in your default browser.
You will receive a confirmation for the login authentication.
Mark the Remove Duplicate on the basis of To, From, Subject, and Body to remove the duplicate accordingly.
Tick the Save Mail without Attachments option to import emails to Office 365 without attachments.
Afterward, select the Date Filter option and define the date range using the appropriate Start and End dates.
To name the output folder, check the Custom Folder Name option and enter the desired name in the provided field.
Now, click on the Next button to proceed further.
Select the Mailbox from the Mail List in which you want to import.
Finally, click the Convert button to begin the importing procedure.
