  • If you found any issues in the software, then connect to our support team and share your problems before requesting a refund.
  • Wait up to 48 hours for the analysis of the issues and to furnish solutions to fix the software issues.

How to Apply for Refunds?

Note: After we have received the valid refund request, It will take around 7 working days for the refund to process.

Condition: If the software is purchased from any third party, then the third party only will be responsible for the refund

For Refund Request: If you want to apply for a refund, you have to contact our chat team/support team and wait for 7 working days.

After we have received the request, the verification process will initiate, and if we find the issue legitimate, then we will refund the amount within 7 working days. The refund will be done through the same mode in which you have made the purchase.

Conditions of Refund Policy

  • The product must have been purchased from the Cigati Solutions Website.
  • You can apply for a refund only within 30 days from the purchasing date.
  • If there has been a purchase of two similar software or products, the amount of one product will be refunded.
  • In the case when you have bought the software by mistake and have not activated it. Then, we will accept the refund request.
  • If the software purchased is not compatible with the platform you are using. Then, you are eligible for a refund.
  • After purchasing the software, the Product ID and Product Key are sent by automated mail within 15 minutes at your registered email address. Sometimes, this email can be received in the spam folder. Therefore, it is always advised to check into the spam/junk folder before you contact us. If the mail is not received even in the spam/junk folder, then send an email to sales@cigatisolutions.com

Note: Cigati Solutions reserve all the rights to reject any refund requests that do not comply with the above refund conditions at our own will without any further notice.

Conditions of Refund Request Cancellation

  • The user has purchased the software without evaluating the demo version.
  • If you avail a discount while purchasing the software license, no refunds will be initiated.
  • For Recovery Software, refund requests will not be processed.
  • We will not accept the refund request if the user has activated the tool and finished their requirement.
  • If you contact the respective bank for refunds in case of unsuccessful transactions or unauthorized transactions.
  • We will not accept the refund request in case of ignorance from your end of the guidance from the support team.
  • If the user is unable to activate the software and has applied for a refund, then we will not accept the refund request. (In this case, you need to contact our support team to take assistance for the activation of the software)
  • If you have Migrated 60%, Recovered 30%, and Backed up to 80% of the data. Then, in this scenario, you are not eligible to apply for a refund request.
  • In the situation where the tool is bought by mistake, you need to apply for a refund before the activation process. Perhaps, there will not be any refund if the product has already been activated.
  • Please check the license carefully before purchasing. If the wrong license type is purchased, refunds will not be initiated.

Note:

  • The Software has to be "Run as Administrator" mode and Users have to give Admin Privileges to Launch the Software. If by any chance you don't have Admin Privileges and unable to Launch the Software, in such a Case No Refund will be Initiated.
  • In the case of Recovery Software, the Refund Request will be initiated only if the Software Problem is Raised within 12 Hours of Activation.

  • If any activation credentials or emails are lost.
  • Interruption in download or issues in communication.
  • If there is any delay due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any email received is flagged as spam by any email client or server.
  • The software has become unessential for the client after use.
  • Delay in processing any request due to the weekend.

Delay in Refund or Missing Refund

If by any chance the refunds are still not received after 10-15 days. Follow the instructions listed below.

  • First, properly go through and verify your bank account.
  • Sometimes, Credit Card companies take an unusually long time. So it is advised to contact the Credit Card Company.
  • Contact your bank to get the complete information regarding the transactions from your account.
