How to Split Large Sized MAC PST Files
Here is a detailed guide on how to use the application and split your PST files without any hassle.
Step 01: Download & launch Cigati PST Splitter. To split or divide the files on the basisof email id, select Split by Sender Email id as shown in the image. And click on Add Files.
Note: To know how to split files by date go to step 09.
To know how to split files by folder go to step 12.

Step 06: To ignore duplicate emails on your email id select Ignore Duplicate Mails and click on Split.
Step 09:To split files by date, click on Split by Date and click on Add Files.

Step 10:Here, you can split the files by selecting the dates, create a single PST file or a separate PST file as per your need and size or can even use the Ignore duplicate mails option to ward of duplicate emails. After doing this click on Split.
Step 12: Now click on Split by folder, to split your PST files by folder and then click on Add Files.

Step 13: Here you can preview all your data and emails stored in that folder. Double click on every file and preview it. Post previewing click on Split.
Step 16: Here you can select the PST files that you want to split, ignore the duplicate emails stored in that file and select the saving folder. Post selection click on Split.
