Cigati VCF to CSV Converter

Step-1

Install the Cigati VCF to CSV Converter software and run it as an administrator.

Step-2

• Click the VCF icon at the top left to add a vCard/VCF file.
• If you have multiple VCF files, you can select a folder by clicking the Folder icon.
• To delete specific files, select them and click the Red Cross icon.
• To remove all files at once, simply click the Bin icon.

Step-3

Click the VCF icon and choose VCF files to convert. Click the Open button to add all selected VCFs.

Step-4

Pick contacts from the tree-structured list and click Next. Or use the Search Box to find them by name, phone, or email.

Step-5

Double-click a contact to see all VCF entries. Go to Preview, then click on View for contact details.

Next, select the CSV format from the Output drop-down menu.

Step-7

Choosing With Contact Picture will convert and save contacts in CSV with profile photo for easy recognition. Selecting Without Contact Picture excludes saving the profile photo in CSV.

Step-8

Choose an Option

• Convert each VCF file to a separate CSV file: This option will convert every individual VCF file into its own separate CSV file.
• Merge multiple VCF files into a single CSV file: This combines all selected VCF files into one single CSV file.
• Extract each contact and save as individual CSV files: This extracts each contact from the VCF file and saves it as a separate CSV file.

Step-9

Choose the option Remove Duplicate Contacts On The Basis Of to convert only unique contacts:

• First name
• Last name
• Contact number
• Mail ID

Step-10

Use Advanced Features:

• Skip Previously Migrated Data: Enable this option to avoid reprocessing contacts that have already been migrated, ensuring no duplicate entries.
• Manage Contact Fields: All Contact Fields (Exports all available fields, even if some are empty) or Contact Fields Containing Values (Only exports fields that have data).
• Extract Email & Phone Numbers from Contacts: To extract only the email addresses and phone numbers from your contacts in Excel or CSV format.

Step-11

• Click on Log Path to save log files at your desired location.
• Specify the saving folder for the output CSV by clicking on the Destination Path button.

Step-12

Click the Convert button to begin the conversion process.

Step-13

You can see CSV files saved on your PC by clicking on “ View ”. Download the conversion report with the “Download Report” option.
