Cigati Duplicate File Finder and Cleaner

Step-1

Install and Run the Cigati Duplicate File Finder and Cleaner Tool.

Step-2

Select Add Files or Add Folder to choose the File/Folder Path, then click Open to add it.

Step-3

The added file and folder path will now scan and appear in the list.

Step-4

Choose from the Select Depth Option:

• Roots & Sub Folders: This option allows you to scan all files from both root and child folders.
• Root Folder Only: This option allows you to scan files from root folders only.

Step-5

Choose an option to display files:

• Show Duplicate Files: This option allows you to view only duplicate files.
• Show All Files: This option allows you to view all files.

Step-6

Choose an option for duplicating files:

• Based on Duplicate File: This option duplicates files based on identical content.
• Based on File Name: This option duplicates files based on identical file names.

Step-7

Choose a file type selection option:

• All File Extensions: This option allows you to select all file types.
• Select File Extension: This option allows you to choose specific file types.

Step-8

After, Click on the Next button to go further.

Step-9

Here you can view your duplicate data, showing:

• Duplicate extensions
• Number of duplicate files
• Unique files

Step-10

Choose from the following modes:

Single Mode:

• Move to Trash: Move individual files to the trash.
• Move to Folder: Move individual files to a specified folder.
• Delete Permanently: Permanently delete individual files.

Step-10b

Batch Mode:

• Delete Files: Delete multiple files at once.
• Move to Bin: Move numerous files to the bin.
