Stepwise Guide for converting Excel to vCard files
Install and Launch the Cigati Excel to vCard Converter on your local system.
Click on the Browse Excel button to add the Excel file you want to convert.
After selecting the Excel file, press the Open button to add it.
Choose Standard or Advanced Mode, then click Load Data to load the Excel file data.
Here, you can see the preview of the number of records found and the Excel file data.
Select the vCard file format from the saving options.
In the Mapping Option, you can manually add Excel and vCard fields and click the Add button.
In the Load Option, you can automatically add Excel and vCard fields by clicking on the Auto Map option.
Now, check the Create a Single File for All Contacts option to save all contacts in one vCard file. You can also select Save as Blank Contacts to create a blank vCard file.
Select the desired vCard Version from 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0.
Tick the Remove Duplicates option to remove duplicate contacts by First and Last Name.
Define the Destination Path to save the resultant vCard file.
Click the Convert button to start the conversion of Excel files into vCard format.
After completing the conversion, you can download the report by clicking on the Download Report button.
