How to Import MAC MBOX Files

Download and launch Cigati MAC MBOX Converter & click on Add Files.

Here browse & select the files that you want to convert or migrate and click on Ok.

Click on Ok as soon as the software ad your files in its system.

Now select the MBOX file from the software and click on Export.

To save the MBOX files into PST click on Save as PST and choose the required option.

However, to save the files in EML, EMLX, PST, PDF, MHT, MSG, TXT, & HTML. Go to Choose Export Option & choose the preferred file format from the drop down menu.

To rename the converted data select the option that best suits you from the drop down menu as shown in the image.

Here you can maintain the data hierarchy and can ward of the duplicate emails as well from the data by choosing Maintain Folder Hierarchy and Ignore Duplicate Emails.

To select emails from a specific date range click on Date Filter.

Here, choose the location where you want to save your data and click on Ok.

Let the application scan and converts all your files.

Click on Ok as soon as the tool saves your converted data.

Now to save the files directly to your email account, select the email client under Choose Export Option (as shown earlier on Step 06) and click on Ok.

Now log in with your email credentials.

Click on Ok as soon as the tool imports your data to the given email account.

Click on Yes to close the application.
