Cigati Pegasus Mail Converter

Step-1

Download and install the Cigati Pegasus Mail Converter Tool.

Step-2

Click on either Add Pegasus Folder or Add Pegasus File (.PMM), as required.

Step-3

Select the Pegasus file or folder from your system and click Open to add it.

Step-4

Preview the emails, select the desired files from the left panel, and click Next: Saving Options.

Step-5

Choose the desired output format (by default, it is set to PST).

Step-6

Apply the Date Range Filter to convert emails within a specific date range by setting the Start Date and End Date.

Step-7

Choose the Attachments Option as needed:

• Only Emails with Attachments: Select this option to convert only those emails that contain attachment files.
• Only Emails without Attachments: Select this option to convert only emails that do not include any attachments.

Step-8

Use the Sender/Subject Filter to extract specific emails based on sender email addresses or subject keywords.

Step-9

Apply the Read Status & Size Filter to convert only unread emails or filter emails based on size.

Step-10

Use the Mail Filter by Keywords option to filter emails from To, From, and Subject fields.

Step-11

Select the Migration Options as required:

• Migrate Emails without Attachment Files: Enable this option to convert only email content and exclude all attachment files.
• Maintain Folder Structure: Keeps the original folder hierarchy intact during the conversion process.
• Use Date-Based Naming for Output Files : Organizes the converted files by assigning names based on date for easier management and sorting.

Step-12

Enable the Custom Folder Name option to assign a specific name to the output folder.

Step-13

Choose the Destination Path (Save Location) where the converted file will be saved.

Step-14

Finally, click the Next: Convert button to start the conversion process.
