Cigati PST Compress Tool

Step-1

Download and install the Cigati PST Compress Tool and run it as an administrator.

Step-2

Now, choose the file type: Microsoft Outlook (.pst) or Exchange Offline Storage (.ost), to proceed.

Choose a Single File or Multiple Files/Folders to select the desired file. Click the Next button.

Step-4

Click on the Select File option to import a PST/OST file, then click the Open button to add it.

Review your files. Now, click the Next button to proceed.

Step-6

Select the folder you want to compress and click the Next button.

Step-7

In the Compression Option Panel, you can select advanced compression options:

• To compress email attachments along with the emails, choose the Compress All Attachments in New PST File option.
• To exclude attachment files from compression and save them in a separate location, select the Remove All Attachments in New PST File and Save Them in a Separate Folder option.
• If you want to compress only the emails and exclude all attachments, choose the Remove All Attachments from New PST File option.
• To compress attachments and save them in a separate folder, select the Remove All Attachments in a New PST File and Compress Them in a Separate Folder option.

Step-8

Enable the Remove Duplicate Mails option to filter and remove duplicate emails based on criteria such as To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.

Step-9

Select the Date Filter option to filter and include emails within a specific date range by specifying the Start and End fields.

Step-10

Check the Split Resultant PST option to divide the output PST into smaller PST files.

Step-11

Click the Path to Save button to choose the desired location for saving the output PST file.

Step-12

Finally, click the Start Compression button to begin the process of compressing the PST file.
