Install and Run the Cigati PST to NSF Converter Tool.

Now, choose the Single File mode from the software interface.

After that, click on the Browse button and tap Open to select the PST file.

Here, after selecting the PST file, tap on the Next button.

Now, the software will display a tree structure of the select PST files.

Check the folder that you want from the tree structure displayed on Cigati PST to NSF Software.

The software also allows users to preview the content of the files. Double click on the particular folder. From the Next wizard appeared, select the file, and preview the content. Additionally, click on the Next button.

Select the NSF format from the dropdown list of PST to NSF Converter.

If you need to convert the PST file from a specific date filer or task filter, check the option Mail filter and Task filter and enter the required dates.

Check the feature Remove duplicate mail to exclude the duplicate emails.

Opt for the Custom folder name option and enter any name. The software will save the resultant file with the entered name.

After that, click on the Path to Save button and select the location to save the output files. Click on the Convert button to convert PST to NSF format.

Here, you have converted the selected PST file into NSF format. If you need to view the process then click on the Download Report button.
