A Complete process to backup emails from Office 365 Server
Check on the Assign Impersonation Right option if you wish to include the sub-accounts emails in the backup.
In the tree structure on the left, select the folders to backup and click on the Next button.
Mark on the Mail Filter & Task Filter Feature to choose the Date Range and Task Range for backing up selective Office 365 emails.
Click on Path to Save to specify a location to the backup file and hit the Convert button. The backup process will start.
To migrate Office 365 mailbox to Gmail email client first follow the steps above from 1 to 8.
Check on the Mail Filter & Task Filter option and pick the date range for selective backup of mails.
Check on the Mail Filter & Task Filter Option and select the date range to restore emails selectively.
