Skip Previously Migrated Chats

Enable this option to migrate only new or unmigrated chat messages. The software compares the unique Message ID of source messages with previously migrated message IDs and skips messages that have already been transferred, helping prevent duplicate migration.

Frequently Asked Questions

For bulk mailbox migration, the Google Workspace administrator account must have Super Admin privileges. If using Domain-Wide Delegation (DWD), the service account must be authorized to access user mailboxes and other selected Google Workspace services.

The Azure App Registration should have the following Application permissions:

  • Sites.FullControl.All – Access SharePoint sites.
  • Files.ReadWrite.All – Read and write OneDrive/SharePoint files.
  • User.Read.All – Read user information.
  • Directory.Read.All – Read directory data.
  • Group.Read.All – Read Microsoft 365 group information.

Note: These permissions require Admin Consent from a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator before migration can begin.
